Job Description North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, Florida is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join their team. Position Purpose: * Provide outpatient care & preventive health services for clinic patients, within specialty, under physician general supervision. * Provide medical care & preventive health services consistent with national and local standards as delineated by Practice Parameters, clinic protocols, or the weight of the current medical literature. * Refers to or consults with appropriate professional specialists and outside agencies. * Contributes to practice efficiency through cost containment and patient management. * Attends clinic meetings and serve on appropriate committees. * Participates as peer reviewer in clinic Quality Improvement Program.
