This pivotal role serves as the primary internal coordinator for whole loan transactions, managing logistics and liaising with vendors and counterparties.Transaction ManagementOversee all aspects of transaction workflow, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to settlement.Act as the primary internal point of contact to coordinate processes and manage logistics with internal and external stakeholders.Vendor And Counterparty CoordinationManage relationships with third-party due diligence vendors, warehouse/repo counterparties, and securitization counterparties.Organize and oversee due diligence activities, servicing transfers, loan document transfers, and operations between internal teams, vendors, servicers, and custodians.Ensure compliance with transaction terms through effective management of bailee letters, custodial reports, exception reports, trust receipts, and other relevant documentation.Coordinate with lending counterparties to ensure that pools comply with warehouse facility terms.Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.Carry out other duties as assignedWhat to expect when you join our firmHybrid working and reasonable accommodationsGenerous Holiday policiesPaid volunteer time to step away from your desk and into the communitySupport to grow through professional development courses, tuition/qualification reimbursement and moreMaternal/paternal leave benefits and family servicesComplimentary subscription to Headspace – the mindfulness appCorporate membership to ClassPass and other health and well-being benefitsUnique employee events and programs including a 14er challengeComplimentary beverages, snacks and all employee Happy HoursMust have skillsCapable of managing complex processes and relationships in a dynamic environment.Proven track record in transaction management and residential whole loans.Nice to have skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skillsSupervisory responsibilitiesNoPotential for growthMentoringLeadership development programsRegular trainingCareer development servicesContinuing education coursesFor those in scope of Knowledge & Competence (MiFID II)Knowledge of financial markets, financial markets function and the impact of economic figures and national/regional/global events on marketsUnderstanding of issues relating to market abuse and anti-money launderingAnnual attestationCompensation informationThe base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000. This range is estimated for this role.
