Banner University Medical Center – Phoenix is proud to be a Magnet facility, Academic Medical Center, Level 1 Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and recognized as a Center of Excellence for our Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) program.

We are the first comprehensive stroke center in Arizona and care for the most critically ill neuroscience population in the southwest. We have a great partnership with our service line physicians, residents, and care providers. As a teaching facility we engage staff and providers in EBP and encourage staff involvement.

As the RN Neuro ICU Associate Director, you will be leading a high-quality team with expertise in patient care. Our amazing leaders continually provide leadership in clinical, financial, and personnel as well as active participation in department shared leadership and facility wide committees.You will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best care possible. This is a full time night shift position working 40 hours a week, 6:00pm - 4:00am (rotating weekends may be required). Your pay and benefits are important components of your journey at Banner Health. POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides managerial and clinical support to patients and staff. Uses depth and breadth of clinical management knowledge to ensure the provision of high quality, safe, and cost effective patient care. Demonstrates clinical expertise and oversees the leadership of clinical, financial, and personnel management of the assigned areas.
