What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively source new client leads through personal and professional networks, relationship-building with strategic vendors, and participation in conferences and events
- Lead the sales process from start to finish, including conducting client assessments, creating proposals, drafting contracts, and closing deals
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Client Strategic Advisors (Account Managers), and Leadership Team members to execute the sales process effectively
- Partner with the Marketing Specialist and Commercial Team to improve lead generation strategies and enhance marketing execution
- Contribute to refining the sales process, including recommending and utilizing tools and systems that help improve team efficiency and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid understanding of network and cybersecurity solutions (e.g., managed firewall, SIEM/XDR, EDR, vulnerability management)
- Strong relationship-building skills, able to understand and address client needs with confidence and trust
- 2+ years in B2B sales or client service, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors
- Works effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineers, Account Managers, Leadership) to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals, delivering measurable value
