We are seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to work with one of our biggest clients, a major Midstream Oil and Gas company, to support business from their Longmont, CO campus for a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. This is a hybrid position (3x week in the office).


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee both cost and scheduling aspects of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Utilize P6 for scheduling and Prizm and SAP for cost management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with a small team to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules, identifying potential delays and recommending corrective actions.
  • Track project costs, monitor budget performance, and manage cost reporting and forecasting.
  • Work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including greenfield projects valued between $20-30 million and smaller projects valued between $2-5 million.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports on both cost and schedule metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to project control best practices and methodologies.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in project controls, with a focus on both cost and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in P6 is required for scheduling activities.
  • Experience working on facility projects, including both greenfield and smaller-scale projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing complex project demands.
