The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, business growth, and financial results. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing team members; ensuring company standards are met for food quality, cleanliness, and safety; developing schedules; managing inventory; maintaining positive customer experiences; and driving sales to meet or exceed goals.
