Accordingly, the total compensation package— base salary, bonus and benefits —for all lawyers at the firm is highly competitive with that of other major law firms.Our Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking associates with three to five years of post-JD experience. The positions can be located in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Washington, DC.Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:Taking/defending depositions and motion practice.Conducing written discovery, expert discovery, drafting pleadings and motions.Inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings a plus.Qualifications:Juris DoctorAttorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering required.
