Earnings and growth potential are excellent but on top of that, we also have work/home balance.Job SummaryKitchen Designers work inside a retail showroom in a high-integrity, relational sales environment along with our appliance team. They also in the field, with customers in their homes. Designers need excellent time management skills. They balance energy between cultivating new sales opportunities while finishing designs and finalizing/closing contracts for existing clients.Compensation and Training PayKitchen Designers earn a base salary of $1,000 per week plus commissions. Commissions will be guaranteed at $500 per week for the first 24 weeks of employment. This helps cover the ramp-up period while a new Designer is training and builds a pipeline of sales.Details of the commission plan will be thoroughly explained during the interview process. In total, an experienced Kitchen Designer should earn $72,000 - $100,000 per year.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for achieving goals/objectivesDesign kitchens with 2020Manages relationships with clients and ensures a great customer experienceGenerates estimates and contractsMeets with customers and contractors in-store and in-home at each stage of the sales and construction processUtilize and update our contact relationship management (CRM) toolsQualifications3 years kitchen design experience2020 design software experienceRetail sales skillsWillingness to work hard and demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-disciplineBray & Scarff is the top retail destination for luxury appliances in our market.
