Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney – McAngus Goudelock & Courie Join MGC's Insurance Coverage Litigation Team in Atlanta, GA MGC is an industry-leading civil litigation firm celebrating 30 years of excellence in 2025 spanning 23 offices across 12 states. We are seeking a partner-level attorney to join our Insurance Coverage Litigation team. Remote or hybrid options will be considered after training and integration with the team. Ideal candidates will have 12+ years of practice experience in insurance coverage and/or general litigation. Must be licensed to practice in Georgia. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses and manage document production. Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports. Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary. Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants. Qualifications Motivation Preferred: Flexibility – inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals. Work‑life balance – inspired to perform well by having ample time to pursue interests outside work. Education: Juris Doctorate Experience: 10+ years. Prior coverage experience encouraged. Licenses & Certifications: Bar admission required.
