General Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Service Trailer Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services for our customers' trailers at their facilities. The successful candidate will be able to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their trailers are in top condition and ready for use at all times. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and customer service skills. No roadside work will be required. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation, a bi-weekly bonus, and benefits packages.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of a vocational or technical program in trailer maintenance and repairAt least 1 year of experience in trailer maintenance and repairStrong mechanical and electrical skillsAbility to diagnose and repair a wide range of issuesExcellent customer service skillsBasic diesel truck knowledgePreferred Qualifications:Certification in trailer maintenance and repairExperience with welding and fabricationCDL licenseExperience with hydraulic systemsExperience with refrigeration systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamResponsibilities:Perform on-site maintenance and repair services for customers' trailersDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issuesPerform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotationsCommunicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer serviceMaintain accurate records of all work performed and parts usedSkills:As a Mobile Service Trailer Technician, you will use your strong mechanical and electrical skills to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues. You will use your attention to detail to maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role. Finally, your willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques will help you stay ahead of the curve in this fast-paced industry.
