Always Active Vermeg Tunisia is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join its team. As a Business Analyst, you will work with highly-skilled professionals dedicated to helping Vermeg customers achieve their IT objectives. You will have the opportunity to work on stimulating projects within major companies in the insurance and financial industries. Building partnerships with customers and identifying opportunities that add value for both Vermeg and its clients are key aspects of this role. Mission Roles and Responsibilities: Your mission is to help our customers in the APAC region maximize the value of their regulatory reporting by: Understanding both technical and business customer processes Analyzing and consolidating customer requirements, identifying gaps, and writing functional specifications Managing interactions with our R&D teams Installing and configuring the software package Extracting, transforming, and loading data from customer banking systems to our Agile Reporter Suite Assessing the impact of the solution on customer systems and identifying areas for improvement Participating in knowledge management activities Profile Education A university degree in Economics, IT, or Finance Languages Fluency in French and English Background Finance or IT background with experience in the Fintech industry Hands-on experience with ETL tools Knowledge of databases and SQL Strong interest in the financial industry and IT solutions designed for this sector Honest with a proactive, can-do attitude Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams Customer-focused with a commercial mindset Self-starter, proactive, and autonomous Application Process Provide your First Name, Last Name, Address, Email, Country, Phone Number, Experience, and Availability Upload your CV Consent to receive communications from Vermeg regarding events, news, solutions, and marketing materials by ticking the checkbox, in accordance with our Privacy Policy With over 30 years of expertise, Vermeg is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and transforming financial operations through innovative offerings in collateral management, asset servicing, and insurance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
