RMC is seeking a Systems Engineer IV to support the development and maintenance of complex systems for a Department of the Navy (DoN) customer located in Norfolk, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying advanced principles and techniques of systems engineering to ensure that the solutions provided meet operational needs in an efficient and effective manner. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure technical performance across the lifecycle of multiple government systems. **This position is contingent on contract award** Requirements Qualifications: Active DoD Secret Clearance is required. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 8-10 years of experience in systems engineering or a related technical role. Proficiency in systems design, integration, and verification methodologies. Experience with software and hardware requirements analysis, architecture design, and lifecycle management. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
