Associate Attorney - Mass Tort - Plaintiff Representation in Employment and Consumer Rights

Position Highlights and Benefits:
- Hybrid schedule: 1-2 day in office 3-4 at home

Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school, active California Bar membership in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of mass torts litigation experience.
- Extensive deposition experience
- Strong Law & Motion
- Demonstrated experience with civil litigation in federal and state courts.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop case strategies and actively manage a diverse caseload.
- Independently handle court hearings, including drafting complaints, discovery, and motions.
- Collaborate on trial preparations and communicate effectively with clients and witnesses.
- Conduct depositions
