Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Lead the Design of Learning Spaces That Inspire H2M architects + engineers is seeking a visionary Studio Director to lead our Education & Learning Architecture team in Westchester, NY. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed architect with 15+ years of experience to shape the future of educational environments while mentoring a talented studio and driving design excellence. From K-12 schools to higher education campuses, our work is rooted in purpose: creating spaces that foster learning, community, and innovation. As Studio Director, you’ll guide a multidisciplinary team, manage client relationships, and oversee the delivery of impactful projects that serve generations to come.
