SUNTREE COUNTRY CLUB

Established in 1975 Suntree Country Club is a private, member-owned country club built exclusively for the enjoyment, relaxation, and fellowship of its members, their families, and guests. The beautifully landscaped estate offers 36 holes of championship golf and a state-of-the-art short-game practice facility. Additionally, members enjoy a 13 court racquets complex that includes pickleball, and a beautiful pool with a poolside bar. Food service is handled through 2 large, multi-function clubhouses, multiple kitchens, bars, private meeting rooms and exercise facilities.

Brief Job Description:
  • Ensures cooking stations are sanitized and prepped with necessary tools.
  • Prepares and stores pizza dough.
  • Make fresh tomato, pesto, and white cream sauces.
  • Wash and chop vegetables.
  • Consistent preparation process so all meals are uniform.
  • Checks quality of pizzas before they're served to guests.
  • Performs regular maintenance on kitchen equipment.
  • Makes sure the kitchen is clean and sanitized.
  • Stock and maintain designated food station(s).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Work experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role in a restaurant.
  • Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza doughs.
  • Professional experience using a pizza oven.
  • Ability to follow a recipe and provide consistency in the final product.
  • Knife skills.
  • Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be detail oriented, extremely organized and great at time management.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to walk/stand for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Be able to climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach overhead, pull & push and or lift a of 40lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
