With five hospitals and three surgical centers in close proximity, we’ve designed a model that supports professional satisfaction without overreach or unnecessary complexity. What This Role Offers Choose your own cases and daily assignments — an uncommon level of control in most systems. Practice across both hospital and ambulatory settings, allowing for variety and pace that suit your preference. A balanced case model: 50% personally performed, 50% medical direction. Broad case mix including OB, neuro, vascular, regional/ortho, spine, uro/gyn, healthy peds, and general cases — with flexibility to focus where you’re most comfortable. Optional teaching opportunities. A stable department of over 50 anesthesiologists with consistent leadership and low turnover. Pathways for growth in education, quality, or leadership — available but never mandatory. Manageable call schedule with no more than 3 overnights in 2 months.
