About the Role Psychologists serve in applied roles, delivering assessment, intervention, and therapy to clients across a range of ages and needs. Clinics are embedded in Main Street communities with a 43% Medicaid census and sliding fee schedule. Clinicians enjoy autonomy, collaborative case consultation, Grand Rounds, and a supportive culture. Key Job Duties Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning. Attend and participate in regular case consultation, Grand Rounds, team meetings, and other required meetings. Qualifications A doctoral degree in psychology from an APA‑accredited program. Full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota (or license‑eligible). At least 2 years of clinical supervision experience (preferred). Formal training in child or family therapy (preferred). Competence in relational psychotherapy models (strongly preferred). Benefits Student loan repayment. Paid burnout time.
