Position: Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Manage litigation matters, including preparing pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery. Utilize Westlaw for legal research. Handle a wide variety of litigation, with emphasis on commercial litigation. Manage and ensure quality control of electronic documents. Collaborate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff. Essential Job Functions: Experience: 3+ years as a commercial litigation/Insurance defense paralegal. Strong communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work autonomously and also collaborate effectively with a team. Skills: Experience with managing litigation matters. Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw.
