Tax Director – CFS Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $265,000.00/yr. This role is open to a highly experienced tax leader who will manage the entire tax team and lead cross‑functional collaboration across the organization. The position is filled due to an upcoming retirement. The company offers opportunities to build a bench of future leaders and a bonus program. Responsibilities Lead the tax team (24 members, 3 direct reports) and coach and develop staff. Work cross‑functionally across the organization to align tax strategy. Review and analyze US GAAP & STAT financial statements from a tax perspective. Lead all tax‑related research to ensure compliance throughout the organization. Provide strategic guidance on key tax issues. Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Masters; CPA preferred. Property & Casualty experience required. GAAP & STAT experience. Key Skills GAAP, STAT, ASC740, senior tax management, large‑scale tax project management.
