HR Employee Relations Consultant Sr. - Bilingual Preferred Apply for the HR Employee Relations Consultant Sr. - Bilingual Preferred role at Elevance Health. Location: Requires in‑office 1‑2 days per week; hybrid/virtual policy applies. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance unless accommodation is granted. Role Overview: The HR Employee Relations Consultant Sr. (Bilingual English/Spanish) will serve as the primary point of contact for associates and management regarding associate relations issues, including investigations, agency charges, employment litigation, complaints, performance management, coaching, development, attendance and related matters. Responsibilities Provide advice, guidance, coaching and training to associates and managers based on policies and legal consultation. Conduct investigations, manage witness lists, determine line of questioning, analyze credibility, research related records, and maintain written records. Debrief leaders and HR Business Partners on findings. Oversee the company's internal investigations of associate complaints and serve as liaison to Legal. Partner regularly with Ethics and Compliance on crossover investigations. Partner with AR leadership and HRBP for requests for transition agreements related to separation/termination processes. Develop and provide periodic associate relations‑related analytical data, analyze trends, and develop action plans. Qualifications Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of human resources experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP). Prior experience with Associate Relations and investigations strongly preferred. Workday or similar HCM experience preferred. ServiceNow experience preferred. Fortune/large company experience preferred.
