Senior Delivery Consultant - Data-as-a-Service (DaaS)Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid)Salary Range: $129,600 - $178,200 USD per year + Bonus/Equity/BenefitsJob Type: Full-timeRole OverviewYou’ll be part of ZoomInfo’s DaaS Delivery team, focusing on implementing custom data solutions and driving long-term client success beyond the core platform. The position involves working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver tailored datasets and consulting services that solve complex data challenges for enterprise customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop expertise in ZoomInfo’s data assets to design and implement bespoke customer solutionsSupport customer onboarding from pre-sale through implementation ensuring value realizationAdvocate for client needs by collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadershipDrive best practices, process improvements, and innovation within the DaaS delivery modelCreate templates and documentation for scalable and consistent delivery (project plans, SOWs)Manage multiple concurrent projects independently and deliver on client expectationsProvide technical and business problem-solving to deliver customized datasets meeting client requirementsQualifications & Skills6+ years of experience in a technology or data-focused roleBachelor’s degree preferred in quantitative/analytical fields like Math, Statistics, CS, Engineering, or EconomicsExperience with SQL, Excel (pivot tables, formulas), or data visualization tools; or client-facing technical advisory rolesStrong communication skills (oral, written, visual) with ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsProven client-facing experience, especially with strategic or enterprise customersHigh business acumen and resourcefulness, with a strong customer-obsessed mindsetExcellent problem-solving skills to creatively address technical and business challengesWhy This Role?If you enjoy driving strategic data projects, collaborating across teams, and delivering impactful solutions to enterprise clients, this role offers a chance to grow and make a meaningful difference within a leading data intelligence company.Account Manager - Crossplatform Gaming -San Francisco #J-18808-Ljbffr
