Job Description

A healthcare organization in Hyannis, MA, is actively seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8am to 5pm (40 hours/week preferred, 32 hours considered)
  • Patient Population: Medicare (Ages 65+)
  • Patient Volume: 12 to 16 per day (30-min appointments)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide acute, chronic, and preventive care through in-office and telehealth visits
  • Collaborate with health coaches who assist with charting and patient follow-up
  • Participate in daily team huddles and weekly clinical rounds for education and collaboration
  • Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures and opportunities for skill development
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with licensure (or eligibility) in Massachusetts
