It’s a nurturing, respectful environment that values continuous learning and celebrates great design.ResponsibilitiesLead projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring design integrity, client satisfaction, and project profitability.Provide expert design direction on spatial relationships, aesthetics, materials, color palettes, furniture, and lighting selections.Manage client relationships, serving as the primary interiors contact throughout all project phases.Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and landscape architects to ensure an integrated design approach.Prepare and review design documents, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and completeness.Oversee budget estimates, interior finishes, furnishings, and scope of services in alignment with project goals.Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering growth and encouraging creative exploration.Support business development through proposal preparation, qualification packages, and client presentations.Maintain a strong understanding of interior building codes, sustainability standards (LEED), and industry best practices.Qualifications8+ years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within architecture and design firms.Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.NCIDQ certification required; LEED accreditation or strong knowledge of sustainable design preferred.Advanced knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture systems, and codes.Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and rendering software.Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.A collaborative spirit, leadership mindset, and passion for design excellence.Why JoinIf you’re seeking a role where your design leadership will be both valued and supported within a progressive, forward‑thinking, and inclusive firm, this is the place to grow.
