Marcum Search is actively searching for a dependable Parts Specialist for their valued client located in Lincoln, Rhode Island. This individual will play an integral role in the expansion of the company's manufacturing operations/Parts Distribution-Fulfillment. The successful applicant will report directly to the Parts Supervisor and will be entrusted with a highly visible role within the company. Responsibilities will include managing tasks within the Parts Division to guarantee the expedient delivery of parts, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining exemplary client relations.

The ideal candidate will possess not only a steadfast and reliable work ethic but also the ability to thrive as part of a team and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-through and follow-up skills are essential, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Moreover, the capacity to work independently and manage one's duties with little oversight is crucial for this position, making it ideal for someone who is both self-motivated and dedicated to contributing to the company's growth and success.

SAP knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Microsoft office 365 is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Includes following but not limited to :
Processing offers / orders for parts and retrofits based on email or phone requests.
Processing repairs / returns for parts based on email or phone requests.
Check outstanding offer /orders.
Work with customers & head office to complete the offer / order / repair / return requests.
Must be able to work one evening per week (6 pm)
Must be able to work the hotline, one weekend, every 6th Which includes handling all incoming emergency calls, come to the office (if needed), pick, pack and arrange shipment whether it be UPS, FedEx, or other delivery services.

Work Hours

Standard Work week Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Lunch break-30 minutes.
Weekday hotline till 6 pm one day per week.
Weekend hotline-Friday through Monday (24x7) once every 6 weeks.

Benefits

Paid biweekly on Wednesday for the period that ends on the previous Sunday.
11 paid holidays.
401K (2% contribution match by company).
Profit sharing 3% of base salary.

3 weeks paid vacation after 6 months of employment.
Reimbursement of mileage for work related travel during hotline.
