Responsibilities include leading the global TME/AE team for products development and validation; Work with marketing team for direct customer engagements, establish production roadmap and definition, and business strategy; coordinate with internal backend team and field team for customer support. **Essential Functions:*** Lead global TMEs/AE team, strategically expand the team to support business goal and growth. * Direct customer engagement, build mutual trust and form strategic partnerships with key customers. * Co-work with marketing team for business strategy and execution. * Coordinate cross-functional team from start (definition) to end (release) for product development. **Qualifications:*** 10+ years of hand-on experience in power electronics for AC/DC, DC/DC power conversion topologies, control theories, debug technics. * Deep understanding of CPU/GPU power architecture. * Strong problem solving capabilities. * Fluent communication skills in English, mandarin is a plus. * Excellent writing and presentation skills * Self-motivated and strong leadership. * Previous experience in a system or analog/mixed signal IC company desired * MSEE or higher required **Location:** San Jose, CA MPS offers a comprehensive benefits package.
