Senior Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Location: Wausau, WI. Responsibilities Establish and maintain guest services. Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Develop staff, control expenses, and shrinkage. Handle merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours per day. Availability to work up to 38 hours per week.
