Position Overview Schedule: 3 days/week in Monroe; 2 days/week in East Brunswick Clinical Hours: 40 hours clinical plus 2 hours daily administrative time Call Responsibilities: Light call rotation (1 week at a time, 7-8 weeks annually); 1-2 holiday coverages per year Practice Overview: Outpatient-focused with minimal inpatient duties supported by 24/7 hospitalist team coverage. Established practice with 15-20 year history offers balanced caseload with existing patient panel and steady referrals. Team Environment: Multispecialty collaborative group including diabetes educators, nurse practitioners, social workers, and dedicated clinical support staff. Supportive leadership and faculty foster professional development. Academic Opportunities: Grand rounds presentations, resident education, and leadership development pathways available.
