Join us as we work together to redefine the world of software development About the Role We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in C# .NET and frontend web development to drive both maintenance and modernization initiatives across our client's service management platform. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing existing systems while leading the effort to modernize the technology stack. You'll work with legacy frontend frameworks (jQuery, KnockoutJS, Angular) and play a key role in transitioning to React. On the backend, you'll apply your C# .NET Framework experience while introducing .NET Core best practices. You'll help ensure the platform remains stable, performant, and feature-rich while driving modernization initiatives that improve scalability, maintainability, and customer experience. Responsibilities Maintain and enhance existing applications using C# .NET, ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, KnockoutJS, and Angular. Design and implement modernization strategies to migrate legacy codebases to React and .NET Core. Build and optimize backend services and APIs using C# .NET Framework and .NET Core. Work with Entity Framework and NHibernate for ORM and data access. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party REST APIs. Build new features and maintain existing functionality across the full stack. Work with Microsoft Azure for deployment, hosting, and infrastructure management. Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions. Lead technical decision-making around architecture and modernization strategy. Leverage AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve development speed and quality. Participate in code reviews and mentor team members on best practices. Support deployment processes and assist with production troubleshooting. Strong expertise in C# .NET Framework and ASP.NET MVC with production experience. Experience with Entity Framework and/or NHibernate for data access. Solid frontend experience with jQuery, KnockoutJS, and/or Angular. Proven experience integrating with third-party REST APIs. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud services. Proven ability to maintain and modernize legacy codebases. Experience leading or contributing to modernization projects involving React or .NET Core. Active user of AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar). Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Visual Studio and related .NET tools. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Nice to Have Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend frameworks. Proficiency with C# .NET Core and ASP.NET Core. Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms. Exposure to microservices architectures. Knowledge of TypeScript. Experience with automated testing frameworks. Background in SaaS platforms or service management systems. Understanding of API design, webhooks, and authentication patterns. Experience with database optimization and performance tuning.
