Receive and deliver food orders, handle various methods of payment transactions. •Greet and serve guests in a friendly courteous manner; •Receive and prepare beverage and food orders from guests; •Know what brands of liquor, beer and wine we offer as "comped" beverages; •Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to memorized standard beverage recipes; •Maintain cleanliness of bar / pool area by removing used glasses, napkins, emptying ashtrays and wiping bar top and pool furniture; •Verify pool patrons are guests of the Hotel / RV or invited guests over 21 yrs. •Distribute Pool towels to guests upon arrival, and collect upon departure. •Maintain and replenish ice supply; •Operate cash register, complete transactions according to procedures, and maintain accurate bank; •Never serve two drinks at the same time to one person; never a beer and a shot; •Be aware of intoxicated guests; stay current on care training; •Other reasonable duties as assigned.
