Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Carterwill Search VP of Finance / Finance Director (Hybrid – Miami, FL) Industry: Global Wine & Spirits / Premium Consumer Goods Company Tech Stack: SAP FIORI, PITECO, Concur Location: Miami, FL Salary: up to $190,000 Overview Our client, the U.S. division of a global wine & spirits / premium consumer goods organization, is expanding its U.S. operations and seeking a senior finance leader to oversee financial strategy, operations, and system integrations (including Controllership duties). Depending on experience and scope alignment, the company is open to a VP of Finance or Finance Director but must have strong accounting debit and credit knowledge. This role offers significant strategic visibility, hands‑on leadership, and long‑term growth within a global enterprise. Perfect match for this role is a hybrid Finance Director / Controller, knows SAP, has experience in the global CPG, wine & spirits, or premium consumer goods, and has some working knowledge of buy‑side M&A (due to growing company). Competitive pay (based on experience and role level) 25% annual bonus 100% employer‑paid medical, dental & vision for employee and family (0 deductible) Generous PTO plan Global career growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Lead cash‑flow planning, treasury reporting, and financial analysis Oversee month‑end and year‑end close, general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements Drive policy, workflow, and process improvements across the finance function Lead the FI team and partner cross‑functionally with global parent company Approve vendor invoices in SAP FIORI and manage treasury reporting within PITECO Oversee expense reporting, including Concur and AmEx reconciliation Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning Coordinate year‑end audit and tax processes with external partners Support M&A activity, including integration workstreams and financial due diligence Provide hands‑on leadership in a high‑growth, dynamic environment Required Experience Mergers & Acquisitions experience (leading finance‑side acquisition and integration) SAP integration experience (ERP transition support; SAP FIORI preferred) Extensive background as a Finance Director or senior finance leader responsible for full month‑end and year‑end close Strong foundation in corporate finance, audit readiness, and financial operations Preferred Qualifications Experience in global CPG, wine & spirits, or premium consumer goods Leadership experience managing small to mid‑sized finance teams Ability to operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels Collaborative, international culture High visibility with senior leadership and global HQ CarterWill Search is an equal opportunity employer.
