APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify a Senior Custodian. Location: 101 The City Dr S, Orange, CA 92868 Position: Senior Custodian Pay Rate: $35.09/hr. Duration: 13 weeks Expected Shift: Part time; Sat & Sun, 7am- 3:30pm Job Description: Reporting to the EVS Manager, the Senior Custodian performs skilled and semi-skilled cleaning, housekeeping and/or general maintenance duties in acute and non-acute in-patient, outpatient, and non-patient areas. Exercises care and caution in the use of supplies and equipment while performing custodial tasks. Other various related housekeeping duties may be performed as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions in English Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job Ability to work in various locations, as well as rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Preferred Requirements: Janitorial or cleaning experience Previous experience interacting with internal and external customers Our client is one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Providers in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
