All Japanese Auto is a mid-size repair facility in the quiet town of Sandown, NH. Family owned and in business since 1997, we have grown steadily since that time, and have become one of the largest service facilities in the area.

A mid-size, well established automotive facility in a quiet town, seeking new employees to add to our roster. Our customer base is loyal and very easy to do business with. Our workplace environment is far less stressful than most shops out there, especially the bigger dealerships. We work together as a team for the betterment of all of us, as opposed to competing with each other.

Hourly pay, issued weekly. Optional health insurance through Anthem if desired. Will help pay for any training possible that could benefit your abilities and the company. Paid holidays, vacation time, etc.

NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS. Your time is your own, as is ours. Overtime may be available if desired, but is not mandatory in any way.

Ideal employee would have at least 5 years experience in the automotive industry. ASE certifications not mandatory, but a definite plus, as is the same situation with NH State Inspection license.

Factory/Manufacturer training or certification is a plus, but not mandatory.

Applicant should have first-hand experience with brake systems, suspension, alignments, air conditioning systems, ABS, exhaust, front end components, tune-ups, general maintenance, etc.

Definite plus if applicant has regular experience with electrical work, OBD diagnostics, engine swaps/rebuilds, etc.

Our employees work well together, and we maintain a pace that is not chaotic or overbearing in the way that many larger shops tend to. We expect that anyone coming to work here would find it a fairly peaceful environment.

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week
