As Stroke Program Coordinator, ensures ongoing compliance with The Joint Commission Stroke Regulatory Standards, Education requirements, and stroke population chart abstractions, with data entry into the American Heart Association Get With the Guidelines Registry. This position is responsible for the aggregation, analysis, and presentation of Stroke data for monthly review and ongoing performance improvement efforts. Qualifications: BSN Minimum 3 years’ experience in an acute care facility. Demonstrated clear working knowledge of TJC Quality Measures and Stroke Certification Standards. Demonstrated computer skill proficiency. Current license as a Florida registered nurse.
