This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization.This role will also be leading the overall client engagement and delivering high quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders. Working in a transaction environment which may be pre or post deal, planning post deal implementation, and ultimately supporting execution. Partners will be focused on financial impact, utilization and contribution, client impact and leadership.Contribute to Profitable Growth:Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targetsEnsure sustained growth and profitability, managing margin expectations and backlog growthSupport the identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunitiesUndertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, while ensuring profitability and understanding and containing riskClient Engagement:Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and be seen as the 'go to' person and a trusted advisor by senior executivesLeading C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables and outputs of a deal engagementDemonstrate credibility and experience to advise and deliver on complex consulting engagementEnhance client satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and new relationship development; Secure client referencesOperational Excellence:Achieve individual and team utilization targetsLead the design of complex engagements and take responsibility for oversight of delivery, ensuring high performance and customer satisfactionLead by example; fostering a culture of continuous personal and professional development and challenging our people to be curious and innovative and supportive for each other. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills and Experience:10+ years of Cloud professional services experience with 4+ years of proven track record in leadership rolesProven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with delivery, business development and sales success and growthExperience building relationships with senior C-level and IT executives; creating referenceable customersAbility to lead with a consultative approach to identify and create demand across all of Kyndryl capabilities. Work in tandem with the Customer Partner on the account.Hands-on experience in leading and driving deals to closure through consultative approach and personal eminence.Experience with end-to-end engagement from identification, solutioning, closure and delivery as well as personally being billable on customer engagementsProven creation, definition and development of Consult patterns and subsequent presentations for Cloud Migration and ModernizationExperienced in establishing and leading a Consult organizationProven track record in winning and leading Land- and Expand Projects in GermanyStrong communication skills in German and EnglishPreferred Skills:Experiences in the Cloud professional services with a focus on:Cloud StrategyCloud TransformationTarget Operating Model developmentWorkload Analysis and MigrationHyperscaler Comparison and Business Case development for Cloud MigrationDeep Understanding in Hyperscaler Services such as AWS, MSFT Azure and GooglePossesses strong architecture methodologies in-depth knowledge of leading-edge technology solutions with industry and business skills to influence clients and sell Kyndryl solutions.
