Role Description – Co-Founder (Technical/Operations & Growth) Type: Full‑Time | Equity or Hybrid Compensation As Co-Founder, you will help architect the growth engine of RolTak—building digital infrastructure, refining operational workflows, and shaping the direction of the company across verticals. You’ll be equally comfortable working on‑site, in Python, or in a whiteboard session. From remodeling projects to automation systems to business development and sales, you’ll lead from the front. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain internal tools using Python, n8n, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) Automate internal processes for scheduling, lead management, service dispatch, and data tracking Coordinate construction and remodeling projects, including budgeting, material sourcing, and subcontractor oversight Translate engineering and math concepts into real‑world business tools and automation logic Develop pricing models, operational dashboards, and system documentation Lead sales initiatives including B2B outreach, closing high‑ticket remodeling or event service deals, and maintaining long‑term client relationships Represent the company in client meetings, local networking events, and partnership opportunities Support fundraising efforts, including strategy, financial projections, and investor communications Drive new service offerings, test new markets, and iterate quickly on systems and delivery Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a technical discipline Experience with at least 4 of the following: Construction, remodeling, or field operations Python programming and workflow automation (e.g., n8n, Node.js, REST APIs) Applied math, modeling, or data analysis Cloud deployment and backend systems (AWS, VPS, etc.) Business development, startup leadership, or service expansion Sales experience, especially high‑ticket services or technical consulting Fundraising, pitching, or financial modeling Strong leadership, operational thinking, and documentation habits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—capable of closing deals, building trust, and representing the company Comfortable switching between technical work, field logistics, sales conversations, and business strategy Bonus: Experience with AI prompt engineering, open‑source tools, or product‑market testing Seniority Level Executive Employment Type Full-time Job Function Business Development and Sales Residential Building Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at RolTak by 2x Get notified about new Co-Founder jobs in Dallas, TX. #J-18808-Ljbffr
