Job Description Distribution Center Inventory Representative - ( 22000030 ) **Description**

**Position Title: Distribution Center Inventory Representative**

**Reports To: Distribution Center Supervisor**

**FLSA Status: Non-Exempt**

**SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:45pm**

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

* Inspect Units for damage

* Collect and enter data for damaged units into system

* Load trailers

* Drive a forklift as needed

* Cycle count checks

* Retrieve damaged product from the warehouse

* Use RGR Relabeling system to reprint labels for the repaired boxes

* Repairing damaged units/boxes on the line

* Banding LTLs when necessary

* Maintain housekeeping/clean work area

**Work Environment**

* Non-climate controlled facility

* Non-climate controlled inside trailers

* May work outside

**Qualifications**

**Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:**

* High school diploma/GED preferred

* Basic math, language and reading skills; basic computer skills

* Previous forklift experience preferred (on the job training provided if needed)

* Ability to follow direction

**Physical Demands**

* Sitting**,** standing, walking, bending for extended periods

* Occasionally lifting 50lbs

* Pulling and/or pushing

Rheem has and continues to follow CDC guidance and will remain a masking environment for interviews. We will require all candidates (active and passive) to remain masked throughout their time on-site at a Rheem location or Rheem event. This includes within interviews rooms with more than 1 person present.
