Outside Construction Sales

Antique Brick & Block is looking for a career-oriented individual to join our central Arkansas outside sales team We seek motivated candidates who are organized, proactive, and personable to thrive in a dynamic, competitive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with single and multi-family homebuilders while providing outstanding service to our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a direct representative for our central Arkansas distribution facility and manufacturing plant.
- Develop accounts and demonstrate extensive product knowledge of brick or clay veneers, concrete block, natural and manufactured stone, hardscape products, exterior cladding systems, and related accessories.
- Utilize your outgoing personality to enhance the customer experience and assist clients in achieving their design objectives.
- Manage your time effectively to maximize productivity across a multi-county territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete orders.
- Communicate essential information to clients promptly.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance.
- Uphold a positive online presence that reflects well on the company.
- Exhibit strong follow-up skills and precise time management.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of product categories through self-education, internal training, and sessions with manufacturer representatives.
- Stay informed about product lines, capabilities, and marketing initiatives.
- Engage and positively interact with a diverse clientele, spanning both residential and commercial sectors.
- Foster and strengthen relationships through local construction trade organizations.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Job Details:
- Type: Full-Time
- Education: 2-4 year degree preferred in Professional Design, Construction Management, Marketing, or Communications (relevant experience may substitute).
- Experience: Outside sales and/or construction-related sales experience is beneficial.
- Requirements: Clean driving record and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary plus commission structure.
