Trustpoint.One is looking for a Senior Staff Attorney for our AmLaw client in one of the following locations: Washington DC; New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; or Boston, MA. This is a full‑time, direct hire, hybrid role, so candidates will need to be able to commute to their office several days a week. The Senior Staff Attorney will support large litigation and regulatory matters in the discovery phase and will primarily work with eDiscovery, AI, and our Information Governance practice groups. Key Job Responsibilities Coordinate with the firm’s practice teams to ensure eDiscovery processes are implemented and goals are met. Facilitate communication between the staff attorney department and attorneys. Assist in preparing privilege logs and other related tasks. Work with the firm’s litigation group and eDiscovery vendors to support document preservation, collection, and processing efforts. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements 3 years of relevant eDiscovery experience in an Am Law 100 or 200 firm or major eDiscovery consulting background. Experience at all phases of the EDRM. Active bar license in good standing in DC, NY, CA or MA. Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work additional hours to meet deadlines. Strong working knowledge of e-discovery document review projects and typical workflows. Experience with document review platforms such as Relativity, Nuix Discover or similar and strong experience with Excel. Job Type Hybrid Direct hire opportunity with a highly reputable Am Law 100 firm. Non‑partnership track position. Flexibility to work extended and unpredictable hours, including weekends, holidays; travel may be required. Salary range: $100,000–$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
