The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and possess expertise in diagnosing and managing cardiovascular diseases using non-invasive techniques.Responsibilities:Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease, and arrhythmias.Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms (including transesophageal echocardiograms), stress tests (exercise and pharmacological), electrocardiograms (EKGs), and Holter monitoring.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and referrals for further interventions when necessary.Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and other physicians, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and their families about their cardiovascular conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in non-invasive cardiology through continuing medical education and participation in research activities.Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives as needed.Evaluate and manage patients on the inpatient and outpatient servicesQualifications:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine.Completion of an accredited fellowship program in Cardiology.Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM).Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the state of [State Name].Proficiency in performing and interpreting non-invasive cardiac diagnostic tests.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care #J-18808-Ljbffr
