We’re looking for a full-stack engineer with expertise in both front‑end and back‑end technology stacks, working closely with enterprise architects and product management to define features and user stories and provide technical guidance to the engineering team on the new product development. Responsibilities Technical Expertise: Mastery in front‑end and back‑end technologies. Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise architects and product management to define features and user stories. Development & Maintenance: Contribute to day‑to‑day system development and maintenance activities to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Innovation: Create solutions with high levels of innovation, cost‑effectiveness, quality, and faster time to market. Training: Provide technical training to other team members. All About You Full‑Stack Engineering & Architecture: Deep experience in front‑end development using React, React Native, Vue.js, and Ext JS, combined with strong backend skills in Java, Spring, REST APIs, and microservices. Proficient in building scalable, performant, and accessible applications with a solid foundation in database technologies (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud‑native architecture. Leadership, Security & Agile Delivery: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, apply secure coding practices (OWASP, CWE), and deliver high‑quality software using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies, with a focus on system resilience, customer experience, and stakeholder satisfaction. Proficient in advanced debugging and troubleshooting, including core, heap, and thread dump analysis. Experienced in documenting and coaching development best practices (e.g., branching, peer reviews, TDD, error handling). Strong understanding of advanced design patterns (e.g., MVC, API Gateway, Dependency Injection) for efficient code implementation. Skilled in conducting code reviews across applications to identify anti‑patterns and support continuous refactoring. Ability to articulate technical debt and operational risks to stakeholders to drive prioritization and improvement. Knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure planning to support scalable delivery. Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipeline orchestration using tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, and Azure Pipelines. Familiar with configuring code quality and security tools (e.g., Sonar, Checkmarx, Veracode) and managing test and performance runs.
