Zagat calls Iron Gate one of the most romantic restaurants in DC, and James Beard Award semifinalist Chef Tony has been called one of DC’s culinary stars. The restaurant features a locally‑sourced, ever‑changing Southern Italian and Greek‑influenced menu as well as a robust spirit and craft cocktail program led by Spirits Director Nick Farrell. We also feature an award‑winning world‑class wine list led by Erin Dudley. Job Specifications Competitive candidates will have extensive experience and proven success in leadership roles at establishments with lofty food and beverage standards. They will be experts in managing costs, hiring and coaching employees, providing excellent service, and thinking on their feet. But we need more than just experience.
