Senior IAM Project Manager

This individual will play a key role in a high-profile and dynamic SailPoint implementation project for RSA This individual will need to collaborate closely with the system integrator and manage all aspects of PCI applications implemented by identity management, specifically focusing on replacing RSA with SailPoint Work with all Atmos application owners responsible for SOX applications to ensure a smooth transition from RSA to SailPoint Handle various service interfaces, address business impacts, and manage manual user access components, ensuring compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements Understand and navigate the cultural landscape of Atmos, driving initiatives and overcoming resistance to change We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Extensive experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation Proven track record in organizational change management Strong understanding of PCI and SOX compliance Knowledge in compliance and government structures Proficient in handling User Access requests (UAR) Skilled in coordinating physical inspections Prior operations experience Familiarity with various frameworks, including TSA Security Directive, PCI, SOX, NERC and NIST 2.0 Expertise in implementing managed services within a cyber environment Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence (Atlassian Suite) and Smartsheet 7+ years of experience working as a Project Manager and/or PMP certification Prior IAM implementation experience Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent amount of work experience Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Teams Experience with audit standards: SOC 1,2,3
