Deine Aufgaben Strategische Beratung und technische Lösungsentwicklung im SAP-Umfeld. Hauptansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen bei komplexen Integrations- und Architekturfragen. Technische Verantwortung in Projekten – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung. Fachliche Führung und Coaching von Junior Consultants und Consultants. Durchführung von Workshops, Kund:innenschulungen und Management-Präsentationen. Analyse, Priorisierung und strukturierte Bearbeitung von Kund:innenanforderungen. Steuerung, Delegation und Nachverfolgung von Entwicklungsaufträgen. Dein Profil Mindestens 4 Jahre Projekterfahrung im SAP-Ökosystem, bevorzugt in der Energiewirtschaft. Sehr starke Technologiekenntnisse in der SAP Integration Suite (SAP Cloud Integration, API Management) sowie APIs in vielen Geschmacksrichtungen (REST, ODATA, SOAP, IDoc, Edifact, etc.) Du hast kein Problem mit einem Kunden zu reden und hast Lust auf die volle Bandbreite von Projekten. Dies beginnt mit dem Requirements Engineering über die Umsetzung, bis zum GoLive inklusive direktem Kontakt mit dem Kunden. Du magst viel Verantwortung und kannst dir deine Zeit gut selber einteilen. Strategisches Denken & stark ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz. Nachweisliche Kundenerfahrung in verantwortungsvollen Rollen. Kenntnisse über den SAP-Tellerrand hinaus sind ein Plus. Reisebereitschaft und Freude an Kund:innenkontakt auf Augenhöhe. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich, da die Kommunikation mit Kund:innen hauptsächlich auf Deutsch erfolgt. Warum wir?
