Fox Hospital – Oneonta, NY Overview Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York, a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our staff. Description Bassett Healthcare Network is an integrated healthcare system that provides care and service to people living in an eight-county region covering 5,600 square miles in Central New York. The organization includes five corporately affiliated hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and health partners in related fields. This Hospitalist position is located at A.O. Fox Hospital in Oneonta, NY. The community hospital is licensed for 53 med/surg beds. Responsibilities include daily rounding, admissions, discharges and network transfers. Subspecialty Services are available in Cardiology, General Surgery, Infectious diseases, Orthopedics and a growing telemedicine service that currently includes Psychiatry, Palliative Care, and Neurology/Neurosurgery. Bassett is an EPIC EMR Network. Salary: $310,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good-faith belief in the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement.
