Candidates will provide legal advice and counsel to both lenders and borrowers on the financing of real estate transactions, including acquisitions & dispositions, leasing and development, as well as workouts and restructurings. Requirements: 6+ years of commercial real estate lending experience is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills A self-starter with strong organizational skills Detail-oriented Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois and in good standing Ability to multi-task; adaptability Ginsberg Jacobs LLC provides business-oriented legal solutions to public and private entities in the areas of corporate, finance, litigation, real estate, cannabis law, tax and tax credits.
