The Cook 2 is an intermediate Culinary position which requires excellent communication skills and previous line experience. The Cook 2 will work multiple stations in the kitchen and possess a solid foundation in the fundamentals of cooking. Individuals pursuing this role must be able to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
