  • Respond to work orders from residents in our multi-family and single-family properties.
  • Troubleshoot and repair a variety of maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Assistant Portfolio Managers to ensure timely completion of work orders.

Requirements:

If you have at least four years of experience in general maintenance and possess expertise in plumbing, drywall, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry, we want to hear from you.
