St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified Anesthesiologist for a full-time Chief of Anesthesiology position at Samaritan Hospital. Position Highlights:Lead a collaborative team of anesthesiologists and CRNAsOversee anesthesia services across OR, OB, and endoscopy.Drive quality improvement, innovation, and patient safetyPartner with surgical, nursing, and administrative leadershipDevelop protocols and mentor clinical staff QUALIFICATIONS:Board-certified Anesthesiologist with fellowship trainingProven leadership experience managing anesthesia teamsStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience in clinical operations, quality improvement, and strategic planningEligible for NYS medical license and DEA Base Salary - Two Tracks Based on Call Requirements and Leadership Stipend : Track 1 - $575,217 and $91,520 leadership stipendOnsite shifts - 44 hours/week, 44 weeks - 1,936 hours per yearFirst call shifts per year:1 in 8 weekday shifts - 12 hours each1 in 8 weekend day shifts - 24 hours each1 in 6 holidays - 12 hours each Track 2 - $600,000 and $91,520 leadership stipendOnsite shifts - 44 hours/week, 44 weeks - 1,936 hours per yearFirst call shifts per year:1 in 5 weekday shifts - 12 hours each1 in 5 weekend day shifts - 24 hours each1 in 6 holidays - 12 hours each Additional Compensation:Starting & Retention Bonus: $100,000 (with 2-year claw back)Chief Stipend: $91,520 annually for 416 hours of administrative leadershipExcess call and onsite shift compensationOB call compensationQuality incentive compensation (starting at 3rd anniversary) RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:St. Peters Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision)Paid malpractice with tail coverage$4,500 annual CME expense allowance & 40 hours per yearRetirement plans: 403(b) with match, 457(d) planRelocation assistancePublic Service Loan Forgiveness eligibilityCompensation Information:$575217.00 / Annually - $600000.00 / Annually
