Assistant Project Manager Municipal Leesburg, VA This Assistant Project Manager role offers the chance to work on a diverse mix of fast-paced projects-including JOC contracts for K-12 schools, municipal renovations, and emerging private commercial interiors and base building work. Key responsibilities include: Supporting multiple active projects (2-4 at a time) through construction administration tasks: RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and estimating. Assisting Project Managers with day-to-day operations and coordination across job sites, office, and remote work (1 day/week). Participating in site visits and client meetings, ensuring clear communication and timely execution. Opportunity to take ownership of smaller projects (under $500K) as experience grows.
