You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring your expertise to oversee and manage the ED Billing staff. The ideal candidate will have proven managerial skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and healthcare knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure proper training of new and existing staffMonitor the day-to-day tasks for ED Billing follow-upDevelop new processes and reinforce existing processesWork with department Managers to resolve issuesReview staff auditsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each Key Responsibility satisfactorily.
